Production usually takes seven to fourteen business days as your door hanger needs to pass through several stages. The product requires printing, trimming and die cutting. The Business Box can produce custom door hangers, but the most economical method to create your product, is to use one of our pre-existing dies. If you are trying to visualize the size of the door hangers, think of 3.5 x 8 inch size as one third of a standard page, and the 4.25 x 11ninch as the same dimensions as a page folded in half lengthwise.
